How does the free plan work?

The free plan allows you to log up to 30 expenses and savings confirmations per month. You get access to all core features including AI-powered insights, savings goal tracking, and budget monitoring.

Can I cancel my premium subscription anytime?

Yes! You can cancel your premium subscription at any time from your account settings. Your premium access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Is my financial data secure?

Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmission and store your information securely with Supabase. We never store your bank account or credit card details. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.

How does the AI expense tracking work?

Simply type your expense in natural language like "Coffee $4.50" or "Groceries at Whole Foods $85" and our AI will understand and categorize it. You can also use the manual entry form for more detailed tracking.

Can I change my savings goal?

Yes! You can update your savings goal, target amount, deadline, income, and expenses anytime from the Settings page. Your progress tracking will automatically adjust.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with EazySave Premium within the first 7 days, contact us at hi@eazysave.app for a full refund.
